Coffee with butter is a thing, but is it Bulletproof?

In some cultures there is the habit of drinking a breakfast coffee with milk and bread with butter, but have you heard of consuming coffee purely with butter?
Days ago I dreamed I was in a restaurant asking for coffee with butter. Yes, coffee with a small stick of butter inside. As I am curious, I started to my research. What I found is that there was actually a common thing so there is more behind a simple dream.
Despite being tired of hearing that coffee is good or bad in the view of some researchers, we can not deny that it is a stimulant as caffeine exists within in the grain.
All excess food certainly does not do much good. In the case of coffee, it can darken your teeth and cause gastritis. Since the butter has too much fat and we should pay attention to cholesterol. The best thing to do is moderate intake at mealtimes.
Getting back to coffee with butter, this different mix exists in diets for weight loss, improves performance in physical activities and stimulates our ability to concentrate, so therefore it has the potential to make us smarter.
I spoke to a professor of nutrition at a University of São Bernardo do Campo / Brazil, who declined to be identified because she is totally against any fad diet. She said: “I imagine it must be stimulant because the mix of caffeine with butter fat means you should not feel hunger! It’s one of those ketogenic diets where you lose weight because they deprive the body of carbohydrates, therefore it can not be considered a healthy food!.”
However, the creator of this mixture, Dave Asprey, has another view. Former executive of Silicon Valley technology, North American Dave Asprey says that the idea came when he was in Tibet trying a traditional and common tea with butter. The feeling that he described was feeling very well and happy. Soon after this experience, he returned to his city of residence California and sought to repeat the pleasurable sensation he felt in Tibet.
After several experiments he finally managed to make his own recipe called Bulletproof Coffee.
In 2009, Asprey posted the recipe of Bulletproof for the first time on his website. The recipe contained brewed organic coffee at the time, also organic butter (made from milk from cows that only feed on grass) and coconut oil extract, beaten in a blender. He’s even made a video on how to prepare it, as seen below on YouTube.
According to him, this recipe is much more powerful than a simple coffee usually taken in the morning, it is an equivalent to a meal. There are guarantees that Bulletproof can give you a lot of energy for longer and improves brain performance, as well as helping with weight loss as well. But like all diet fads after research, things become more controversial as many, including nutritionists, chefs, doctors, etc., are opposed to several aspects of this recipe.
Bulletproof Coffee has been criticised for being low in carbohydrate, as for a healthy diet the human body needs carbohydrates. Consuming this mixture could also damage the digestive tract. Despite being a drink that can be recommended for people who need more energy, it is not nutritious because it lacks protein and vitamins.
I am not in favour of diets or different experiments. in my opinion the human body needs all food moderately, according to height, weight and physical condition. Miracle diets with wild promises are not good. The correct way is good nutrition and more physical activities.
Still, it’s good to have a black coffee (without all the extra inventions) in the morning because it acts as a great wake up call and relief from a deep sleep.
